We have three key performance indicators (KPI), followed by our mission, vision and values below:
1. Engaging Content is #1 - Our members must be open and engaging within the Atomic Academia environment. This means posting, reviewing and replying to other members every month. Engagement stats are the most vital of all.
2. Brevity is #2 - Atomic is about getting maximum impact for as few characters. We can use AI to help achieve this but superfluous information should be avoided. Meaningful, impactful sentences are best, humour and entertaining flair is encouraged.
3. Sustainability is #3 – Keeping our platform free and accessible to academics, students, and the public is a top priority. To maintain this, we appreciate the voluntary support of our community. You can contribute by helping with grant writing, seeking sponsorships, or participating in simple fundraising efforts (fetes, sports, etc). Your support ensures we continue fostering collaboration without financial barriers.
